Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web Developer (WordPress / Frontend) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites with a strong focus on performance, usability, and clean frontend execution. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and digital teams to transform ideas and designs into stable, scalable, and conversion-focused digital solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites tailored to project requirements
  • Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into responsive, pixel-perfect frontend layouts
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet functional and performance needs
  • Ensure websites meet performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser standards
  • Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to defined quality standards
  • Maintain clean documentation and follow development best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
  • Experience with custom theme or plugin development
  • Familiarity with Git/version control
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools
  • Experience working in agency or multi-project environments
